Introduction

Welcome to Atom Analytics. Intelligent Technologies SARL, trading as Plugin Port ("us", "we", or "our"), operates Atom Analytics (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our web application located at app.atomanalytics.io (collectively referred to as the "Service") operated by Intelligent Technologies SARL, trading as Plugin Port.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our Service. Please read it at Privacy Policy.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Agreements and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) these Agreements, then you may not use the Service. Please contact us at support@pluginport.io so we can try to find a solution.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer

Atom Analytics features Atom Assistant, an AI-powered tool designed to provide insights and data analysis based on publicly available financial information. While Atom Assistant can help users identify trends and analyze market data, it does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All AI-generated content, including but not limited to market insights, reports, and suggestions, is purely informational and should not be construed as financial advice.

WE DO NOT OFFER FINANCIAL ADVICE. You acknowledge that all decisions based on AI-generated content are made at your own risk, and you should always conduct your own research or consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. Atom Analytics and its team do not assume responsibility for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of AI-generated insights, but we cannot guarantee their reliability or completeness. AI models rely on historical and third-party data, which may be subject to errors or misinterpretation. We do not endorse or verify the correctness of AI-generated analyses.

Communications

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe link.

Subscriptions

Some parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Atom Analytics cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support at support@pluginport.io.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Atom Analytics with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Atom Analytics to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment method.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Atom Analytics will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

Atom Analytics, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Atom Analytics will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Atom Analytics, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Atom Analytics or users of Service.

Additionally, you agree not to:

  • Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on Service.
  • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any material on Service without our prior written consent.
  • Introduce any malicious or technologically harmful material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Service.
  • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Accounts

Service is intended only for individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using Service, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full authority to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Intelligent Technologies SARL, trading as Plugin Port, and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Changes to Terms

We may amend Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
